Shotgun certificates
You must hold a valid shotgun certificate to be able to shoot, or be under the supervision of a holder with the landowners permission.
Anyone is entitled to be issued with a certificate unless the Police can show that they are not a fit person, i.e. certain criminal convictions, mad as a hatter, etc. It's not necessary to a member of a club, but it will help.
We can give basic advice, but you should contact your local Police for details before buying or using a gun.
